Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a Friends of Rio Vista coordinator!

We are currently seeking volunteers for two key positions: Volunteer Coordinator and Administrative/Technology Coordinator.

If you’d like to explore the possibility of playing one of these critical roles for the organization, please take the next step:

  • E-mail Jennifer Shopland at info@friendsofriovista.org with “Coordinator position” in the subject line.
  • In your message, tell us a little bit about your interest in the park and the position, as well as anything in your background that makes you and the position a good fit. A paragraph or two will be fine to start the conversation.

When we hear from you, we’ll set up a time to talk further.

Coordinators are valued volunteers who are essential to the work of the organization and who collaborate with the board of directors, advisors, and project leads to accomplish our goals. Friends of Rio Vista has no paid staff; the board of directors, advisors, and volunteers conduct all the work of the organization.
